This website gives general information about damp problems and the HUMIX services available in Hull and the surrounding area. The 1-minute damp check is a rough guide only: it isn't a survey and doesn't replace an inspection at the property.
We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that it's free from errors. Nothing on this site is a contractual offer. Any work is agreed in a separate written quote after a survey.

The initial damp survey is free and places you under no obligation. After the survey we'll explain the cause we've found and, where we can help, give you a written quote.
